VTG CHINESE HAND-PAINTED FAN with Fish & Lady

Description

This fan, in the original box appears to have been stored all these years.  It has the original tag stating it was made in the People’s Republic of China, which would be pre 1949.  It has the tag and the little pink tassel too!
