I am
an avid Cherished Teddies collector too. To make it much easier and streamlined
for you to shop, I have listed only one of each of the Cherished Teddies I have
for sale. I clearly state the condition of each piece in the description. If I
state, the piece is signed I state which artist signed it. Questions?, message
me through eBay messaging. I am still going through storage totes looking for
items I haven’t listed yet. I will load them into my eBay store as I find them.

Starting
in 2011 Enesco no longer issues Adoption papers or Postcards. With all items a
small, folded name tent card is issued. This is an Enesco cost cutting measure.
Because of the age of
some of these pieces, even though the item is “new” there might be shelf wear,
slight damage or slight fading on the box, or the foam packing might be
yellowed. That is normal.

Customers purchasing more than one item must
purchase all items at one time and subsequently request an invoice so I can
recalculate combined shipping total. I will send you a new invoice to pay from.

2009 Christmas Dated Carlton Release
I have a New in Box, with clean papers never displayed. Jolena was only taken out of the box for inspection and pictures.  –

– 20094 Christmas Release. Isn’t she just adorable? She has on the prettiest pastel yellow sweater with a green collar and a Christmas Tree on the front. Holding a Christmas tree in one paw and Candy Canes in the other Jolena is sitting up against a pretty Christmas Tree decorated present with a big red bow. On the bow is “2009”. The tassels on the bow in her hair and the bottom of her sweater are really fuzzy material. Jolena is 2 1/4 inches tall. All of my Cherished Teddies and accessories come from a non-smoking, adult home. This would be a great addition to your collection or your favorite Cherished Teddie collector. “Registered and Insured” which is included in your shipping charge listed. With
the rash of buyers claiming they never received their package I have been forced
to do this. Since this inception not one package has been lost. Sorry for any
inconvenience and added cost but the cost of replacement or refunds was getting
prohibitive for me. If you do not want the added shipping cost, please do not
buy from me. I do ship worldwide.
Important
Note:
Each figurine is individually painted. Some have lighter painting,
and some have darker painting. I have no control over the shade color. Some of
the pictures I use in my ads for “New” items are my stock pictures I
took and not necessarily the shade of paint you are looking for or the piece
you will be getting. If you have particular interest in coloring, please
inquire before buying otherwise what I send is what I have for sale. As for the
items I sell that are “Used” those pictures are the actual item I’m
selling.
Clarification: If you purchase an item from me where the condition
of the item is marked “NEW” or “NIB”, it is NEW never displayed. It does not
mean I didn’t take it out of the box to inspect it and take a picture for the
eBay ad. If you purchase an item from me where the condition of the item is
marked “Mint”, it is USED or I’m not sure whether it’s new or used. The
condition will be clearly stated, i.e. Mint gently used. I will also state if
there are any chips, nicks, ticks or fading, etc. If you are still unclear,
PLEASE email me before bidding.
Because of the age of some of these pieces, even though the item is

If you bid and win on my auctions and don’t pay, you will be

Return Policy:
My return policy is clearly stated

FOR RETURN SHIPPING ONLY IF ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Please contact seller
(me) for instructions before returning any item.
I would like all my customers to be
satisfied and will try hard to accommodate you the best I can within reason. If
you are returning the product you purchased from me you must contact me within
2 days of receipt. The product must be posted back to me within three days of
contact. Refunds will be made when the product arrives back to me not until.
The item must be returned to me in the same condition I sent it. Below are the
return adjustment scenarios:
***Gross misrepresentation
of the product in my Auctions or eBay Store I will refund your money for the
product, postage and return product postage. Refund will be made upon return
arrival of product to me.
***Changed your Mind???
If you have changed your mind and no longer
want the item I will refund the money you paid for the item only. You are
responsible for return trackable postage.
